This was not as much fun as the first viewing back in 1980 and I’m not so sure it was any less confusing. Julian Temple directed this jumble of a film loosely based around how Malcom McLaren put the Sex Pistols together and swindled the record companies to keep buying their way our of their contracts. The live performance footage is worth the price of admission, as is Sid’s rendition of “My Way,” but I can’t really recommend much more than that. Oh yeah – Tenpole Tudor still suck. - David Bassin
