IMPROVE OUR SCHOOLS
Rasputin Music & DVDs wants to help our community’s schools,
and we need your help! We want to give you a voucher worth cash money
when you give it to the school of your choice.
It’s a simple, easy way to help raise
money for local schools while doing your Christmas shopping, or while
making space on your CD or DVD shelf for your upcoming holiday gifts!
There
are two ways to get a voucher:

When you buy any 3 new CDs or DVDs, we’ll give you a $3 voucher.

Sell us your used CDs, DVDs, VHS, LPS, or videogames worth $20 or more
and we’ll donate $3.00 to the school of your choice!

Once you get a voucher (or a few!), you simply give it the
school you'd like to support. That's it! No forms to fill out, nothing
further to do. And the school doesn't have to do anything except redeem
the vouchers! Very, very simple and easy. Vouchers must be redeemed
by an official school representative.
Attention
School Administrators:
The vouchers are part of
a fundraising program we are running at our seven Bay Area stores, because
we want to do what we can to help our local schools. They give the voucher
to the school they want to support, then the official school representative
redeems the voucher for money from Rasputin Music & DVDs.
No
Strings Attached
The money raised for the schools by Rasputin Music will be a no-strings-attached
gift from Rasputin Music. The school can utilize the funds for the music
& arts programs, sports or supplies, or in any way the school decides.
Your school doesn’t have to buy anything, do anything, or fill
out any forms or paperwork.
How
to Redeem the Vouchers
All vouchers must be redeemed by official school representatives by
mailing them to Rasputin Music Headquarters, 2401 Telegraph Ave. Berkeley,
CA 94704. When mailing vouchers, please include a letter on school letterhead
with your school’s name, contact person, contact information,
mailing address to send the check to and how the check should be made
out. Please wait to accumulate 10 or more vouchers before redeeming
them. There is no deadline for the vouchers to be redeemed.
No
Paperwork or Forms to Fill Out
The voucher system is a clear, easy way that the customer/concerned
citizen can see that their donation goes directly to the school they
want to support. And for the school, there’s no time-consuming
fundraising. Again, no forms to fill out. Just accept the vouchers and
send them in!
Other
Fundraising Opportunities
In addition to the current program, Rasputin Music is interested in
developing ongoing fundraising programs for local schools. Together
we can raise thousands of dollars for your school without asking
anyone for cash donations. We can do it by recycling used movies and
music!
